"tony" - a miniature mini {short}

A 'special' scene I shot of "tony" doing his 'thing' to the theme from the film, Scarface.

Shot on a Canon HV20 + Letus mini35 adapter + Nikkor F2.8 Micro 55mm @ F2.8 - the "legend" Macro lens.

I couldn't resist :grin:

ROFL, that was flipping hilarious!!!!

hahaha, sound effect was golden too.

If you have the time to answer, i would like to know the best way for encoding HD footage for vimeo. I have PPCS3 and am looking at saying byebye to youtube and vimeoing my stuff from now on for quailty purposes.

any suggestions?

LOL yes very funny.

Good job with the dramatic lighting. Helps make it more ridiculous.

Yes, definately scrap youtube compression - doesn't give your rig justice :)

I use mac/final cut pro. So only deal with ".mov" and H.264 compression. Basically for quality, seeing as the video streaming site re-compresses your upload, you just have to upload the 'biggest' and 'purest' file you can make within upload limit. Compression setting set to highest quality possible, and res of course HD (1280x720) locked aspect ratio (eg: 16:9). Don't know how helpful that is though, haven't touched Premiere/Windows for video edit since render time {braking keyboards in frustration} back in 2003 lol.

And yes! Had to have dramatic lighting considering the calibre of the subject :) Glad it provided some entertainment for you two.
