Hi Sorry to dig up that old thing, but i've been looking for some good tutorials on how to build a good glidecam (no Merlin desing). Aside of those videos (see the links below), I havent found something very helpful (except one, but made out of wood) especially when some elements were missing (links for parts, appropriate names, etc).

Can anybody here please help me with that ?
