Met Tonea Stewart last night. She responded to a play that I am in that opened last night.
You'd know her if you saw her. She was Samuel L. Jackson's wife in "A Time to Kill".
She is in an indy flick ("Constellation", I think) that is opening on Friday.

She had some nice feedback. Some good stuff to say to and about.
Terribly graceful woman. Kind and smooth. First African American woman to earn a phd in Theatre in the state of Florida. She was also just in a world premiere for a play (the name of which escapes me). Had quite a few firsts actually in her career.
Just wanted to share.
