Outside of dealing with some weather concerns everything is a go. We picked up the grip & lighting today, sealed a sound deal and are a go with locations. The actors are on their way down as well as some additional crew. Our caterer has the menu set, the schedules and call sheets are out, the anamorphics are ready, the winnebago is ready, all the PA's have been hired, the last minute extras have been signed up and the generator is gassed up. 6 months of Pre-prod, and I'm on set at 5:30am tomorrow morning...
I think I'll go make a movie!
Man, nothing like the 'day before jitters', it's the best feeling in the world. If you're not making a film, you're not living!
I'll drop in a couple times during production to say hi.
