To calibrate monitor: better i1 Display Pro or Datacolor Spyder?

Hello, I have i1 Display Pro to calibrate my LG 27UL650 Monitor (4K). It is old, I bought it in 2018. but for some time the license is exhaled and I have to buy it.
I don't know if to buy a newer calibrator model as Datacolor Spyder released in 2024. I'm on budget.
If you know well this world, in your opinion what is better beween those 2 calibrators? Sometimes the new is not better than the old device.
Thanks.

Thank you. Do you know Calibrate Profiler v.2.0 software?
Does it manage well the i1 Display display calibrator? I don't know and I have to use it now.
Where is that BT1886 option precisely? I have never used it yet because I have to buy a new license. But I will buy it soon.

DisplayCal is free, no license needed. I haven’t used it recently, you’ll have to figure it out on your own.
I apologize, only now I understood what it is DisplayCal. I didn't understand your Previous Message. Thank you for your precious news, I think it's an excellent free software.
So now I have installed this software and I would like to ask you for advice: could you tell me if this configuration is okay?
I have no experience in this regard and I hope you can verify this configuration.
I attach 3 photos.
1000 thanks
