Titles with alpha matte from PC to ----> FCP Help!

Our titles were done in the latest After Effects on PC. I got a QT animation file with an alpha matte, (which would not drop into FCP until running through the animation transcode in compressor...?) but when I put them in the sequence, they look low res and will actually vibrate, like moire/ line skipping stuff.

Any ideas how to best export from AE on PC to go to FCP? This is a 1080P prores project.

Could you post a screenshot of what the titles look like in FCP? I work from PC to Mac a lot and might be able to help you out.

I was able to open the file in AE on my mac and render an animation QT from there. It worked that way without any issues. Thanks.
