Timeline numeric counter question

It escapes me the name of the timeline reader (where it reads the hour/minute/second/frame in relation to the CTI), but is there a way to identify where a clip in your sequence is located in the orig clip (found in the project panel).

For example I may have a clip in the timeline that is 15 minutes long, and I have a 10 second clip of it used in the timeline. How do I go about checking where that 10 second clip came from within the 15 min clip in the project panel?

I know how to find the readout for where it can be found on the tape it was captured from and it's length in a timeline, but not where it can be found in the orig clip. =(

Thx

Park the CTI on a frame in the timeline and press "T" (matchframe shortcut)

This will reveal the frame in the source clip and display the position in the Source Monitor

Cool, so this will give me the HH/MM/SS/FF coordinates for the clip/frame selected in relation to the clip source(project panel)? Nice? When I get home after work I'll check it out. This will help me differentiate audio/video I have used in a Seq, opposed to audio/video not used in the source clip/project panel (multiple takes on same source clip), esp when I export it to Audition for audio adjustments.

Thx again and again!
