I think I must've hit some keyboard combo on accident, now when the playhead gets to the end of the Timeline it loops back to the beginning, instead of stopping. Anybody know what Preference to change? Thanks, Ben.

Yep, it's an easy fix, but as I'm at work on a PC, you'll have to search a little. It's under File, Edit... or the next menu over, toward the bottom of the list. You'll see it. Called "looping" or "loop playback" or some such thing. There's a keyboard shortcut that toggles it on and off.
