Timelapse trouble in CS3

I just shot a timelapse with my Canon 7D and would like to know how to import
all of my stills (around 1000) without having to resize or trim each individual photo.

Can anyone point me in the wright direction?

Drop them all into the timeline, resize one, then copy the Motion properties and paste it to all of the remaining stills.

Aren't you able to import them as an image sequence which just acts like normal video?

Be sure to set your preferences to import stills as one frame to avoid trimming. For resizing, you might be better off batch resizing in Photoshop.
