Timecoding in a script?

Hello, I've been asked by my distributor tp provide them with a shooting script with the following specs:

Shooting script should be provided as a pdf or spreadsheet. The required information is:
Timecode
Description/character
Dialog
Time code at every change of speaker and every 30 seconds within dialogue.
Additional time code stamp for the same speaker if there is a new scene.

I've written the script but I'm not sure what timecoding is exactly, can someone please explain this to me, or better still provide a link with a script that is timecoded?

Thank you.

Timecode is the exact time (hh:mm:ss would be accurate enough, I presume, but might be worth checking) for the start of each line in the finished film. Therefore you'll need a copy of the final distribution version of the film, convert your script into a spreadsheet then painstakingly go through the whole film noting down the start time of each and every line...

Sounds like a whole lot of work, but i can see why they want it if they'll be redubbing the film into another language.

You will want the full timecode since 1 second boundaries are too large for a subtitle start and end. For my deliverables, I did a spreadsheet that had character, dialog, and timecodes for 24fps, 25fps, and 29.97fps (with 2:3 pulldown) to satisfy domestic and foreign distribution.
