Hey guys I need alittle help, Im also new here 
but have been visiting for a long time now
Im developing a program that involves a process where the amount of frames ex. 203102
needs to be converted to its timecode format: 00:00:00;00 the framerate is 29.97
I have searched high and low for the formula to do this and I just came seem to nail it.
Maybe you guys could help?
