Hi all
I am prepping my short film for export to a sound editor/mixer. I have created an adjustment layer with timecode, and the project starts at 00:59:58:00, with the video starting at 01:00:00:00.
However, when the video actually stars, instead of showing 01:00:00:00 on screen, it jumps to 01:01:30:15 for whatever reason. By the time the next shot appears, it gets back to 01:00:31:14, which is the correct TC.
I've recreated the adjustment layer with the TC effect, I deleted and re-posted the video event, but nothing helps. I don't know what causes this or how it can be fixed... it's just the first video event that does this.
I should add that it worked fine before, and recently I updated Premiere and the file had to be converted. Very likely that this has something to do with the glitch.
I should also add that the problem is only with the TC effect that appears on screen. Premier itself displays the TC correctly.
I got Premiere Pro CC vs 8.1.
Any idea anyone has will be most welcome.
Thank you
