Timecode in DVD A, can it be done

I recently rendered a project in Vegas 6, it took 2 days because of Magic Bullet, just wondering... if I wanted to add a timecode to the Project can it be done in DVD A 3?

I want to burn the DVD with the Timecode in it, but I would hate to have to go back to the Vegas Timeline, add it then wait another 2 days... just wondering if DVD A is able to do this after the project is already Rendered.
