Timecode footage transfer to DVD

Hello,

I have to transfer some DVX tape footage with their original timecode to DVD so that the videographer could go through it. I don't care about the quality but the DVD should have the original timecode. I have FC Studio 2. I am a n00b so if someone can let me know how to do this or point to a link, I'd appreciate it.

I know you said original timecode. But may I ask the purpose of using original TC? Does this have to match other clips TC? Or will it just be a running DVD with a reference TC so he can say "use shot XX at TC 0:00:00:00" ?
 
Use the timecode reader filter and export to DVD. Just make sure the timecode actually matches what's on the tape for a few takes before going to town.

No, it doesn't have to match other clips.

Yes, it will just be a DVD with a refernce TV.

Where would I find this timecode reader filter? (As I said, I am really a beginner.)
