Timecode Drifting!

Hey so I have this exported QT file the burn-in is different than the actual time displayed by quick-time. The footage is 23.976, and playing back at 23.976, but the burinin is significantly slower by a few seconds at the end of the film.

The QT reads 1:47:26 and the burn reads 1:47:20.

Thoughts? :badputer:
 
I was using reader, and yes it lines up. It turns out I somehow managed to screw up the export of the video I sent to the audio team. It ended up in a PAL format... Any idea on how audio edited in a 25FPS timeline can get placed into the 23.976 timeline?
