it seems like a stupid question, but I can't seem to figure out to get a timecode countdown, like 00:00:10 countdown too 00:00:00. please help.

I made my own leader with a visual count down on the lower third that ends with one frame of "2" for the "2 beep" before 59 frames of black.
I then copy paste that little sequence onto the head leaders of all my projects that need it.
