Time Remapping Problem

When I use the time remap function in AE and create a slow motion effect it looks fine on the computer. However when I play it back on a television the slow motion judders ever so slightly throughout. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light as to why this happening? I've been shooting at high shutter speeds, so am pretty sure that it must be something to do with my export settings. Thanks

Render in fields, although I'm not sure if it will fix it.
One case would be if you have slo mo it too much where jerky playback can not be avoided.
