Allright, after doing the search on this issue I quickly understood the elusive graph thanks to ScottDVX100.
But there is still one thing about it I still can't understand. So hear me out...
When the graph is at 45 degrees the clip is going at normanl speed. The problem I run into, is that when I put a clip in the time line and open up time remapping in the motion tab, the line in the graph is not repressenting the clip (the media's "in" and "out" points I set for it), but the entire media the clip came from.

So the line is 45 degrees in reference to the entire media not just for where I set the in and out points to. This makes it really difficult to work with.
If you can slightly understand what I'm trying to say, I would be forever grateful.
