time code

Hi guys, I'm trying to export a quick time file with a time code and I am going nuts trying to figure out how to do it. I tried the Premiere 'HELP' with no luck. Is it possible to do this in Premiere Pro 1.5 or do I need to get a plug in?

Are you trying to add an on screen running time code to a Premier Project? There isn't a built in function to accomplish this directly, but I did learn of one that is offered. The URL is:
