Is there some way I can generate a time-based histogram with Premiere (or any other app) ??
I've a light bulb and I want to create a graph that shows the brightness of of that bulb over a period of time. From off, then the half second or so it takes to reach full glow.. then the bit where it dims after power is taken off. I would shoot the bulb at 60 FPS to get a finer dataset.
I'm working on something where I think a graph will better represent the data than the actual video of the bulb itself.
I guess I could measure the overall IRE of the lamp and just jot the IRE level & frame number down by hand just as well. Hmmm...
