Tilt Shift

Does anyone know if the tilt shift effect is possible in Vegas 9 pro? I see alot of it done in Adobe..but what about Vegas?

On Vegas people use the new version of Magic Bullet to achieve the effect.

You could do it with multiple layers, bezier masking with feathered edges, and various blurs.

Yes..but how? I thought MBL was just for color gradeing?

The new version of MBL does much more than plain color grading.

Is it MBL or MBL suite? And what is the new version?

You could use the new Tilt Shift tool in Video Essentials II by NewBlueFX.
