Tilt Shift lens for video?

Does anyone know of a good DIY guide for a TS lens that will actually work in video, as in, a lens that will stay in place without you holding it?

Never used them but lensbaby have a couple of different locking mechanisms available on their tilt shift lenses. I think they're plastic lenses but you can at least check out the designs for ideas.

I have the Lens Baby control freak 3G. Its an older model and has plastic optics. It is really cool for some shots but it does not do well at giving you that whole "everything looks like stop motion/tiny" look.

The other idea i saw recently that im interested in is this one here

im interested in maybe building something like this but i dont know how well it would lock down for video work.
