Tiffin Ultra Contrast alternative...

shooting in the harsh southern hemisphere light of new zealand (the scenery may be terrific here but the light sucks, esp because the weather/light changes so quickly) the tiffen ultra contrast 3 has really saved my neck on many occassions, but unfortunately this filter is only produced in one grade (3) for 72mm screw on.

does anyone know of a 72mm filter in a lighter grade with the same attibutes - ie: allowing me to shoot in harsh daylight by flattening contrast without sacrificing rez?

Thanks Pookie but I've already been there...

If you take a closer look you'll see that the only Tiffen low contrast filter available as 72mm screw on is the ultra-contrast 3. That's why I'm looking for an alternative.

Anyway, maybe I'll have to fork out for a matt box...
