Tiffen Indie ND (Non IR) Filter kit impressions

Had this posted on BMC and was thinking it might be of use here
Since I needed an ND filter(s) for an upcoming job I decided to look into obtaining a good set with my limited budget.
Found recommendations for either the Tiffen indie kit or the Heliopan vari filter. Since I have a GH2 (soon to be GH3) and hopefully the blackmagic soon
I thought having a filter set would be a better option.


Before purchasing this I asked around which filter set I should obtain i heard many options. None of the answers were particularly clear but heard great things about the Tiffen Indie kit.
Found on Amazong for roughly $200 after shipping plus my discount of 10% brings it down to $180.

looking through, it appears my GH2 is slightly tinted towards a greenish hue
compare the processed versus the unprocessed without ND and its slightly green

My GH2 with a 20mm lens should arrive today and I'm thinking about getting the Tiffen Indie kit. Since you've had it for a couple months, Im wondering if you like the filters. Also, any challenges with using a step up ring with the GH2 and smaller diameter lens?

I do like it
but no I bought cheap step up rings and they work very well

The only issue is that are is some green tinting if you stack multiple ones
