Anyone interested in this?

I have a crazy idea for it, but I found out that it's for US citizens only.

I was wondering if I could share it here and if someone likes it, he could make something out of it.

Or just some discussion and writing exercise?

Whaddaya think?

This could be fun.

Make one and submit via a US DVXUSER ?

No, just the idea. The DVXUser could do it on his own, if he likes it and give some credit in the titles .

Or viceversa.
