I'm very, very, very (Very) worried about this. Have you seen the trailers? There's a lot of new CG... I really hope it's good. The one sheet is beautiful. And some of the shots of the original stuff in the new trailer looks great. I just can't help but worry about Greedo shooting first.
(Of course, the original version will never be available on DVD now)
(I can't wait for the special re-release of "American Graffitti" with the new pod racing scenes...)
yeah, but they cant show harrison ford with his arm slung around a Wookie, cause that would be gross...but well placed walkie talkies would do the trick.
yeah they did place alot of new CG on that didn't they? looks heckuva lot better. You know I don't mind that he remade this movie. it kinda looks nicer now.
so then is the original version available in VHS at least? I gotta review before seeing the new stuff.
Does anyone know if this movie is any good? I wanted to rent it but blockbuster isn't carrying it...so I'm more so left with buying it. Is it worth buying?

im glad someone agrees with me. whenever someones like "lol ur teh next spielberg! or lucas, you like him right?" no. give me a break. they're both overrated, and lucas can't even direct. hell, he abandoned the film medium. boycott lucas and all his bullshit attempts at making money.
Even Steven (heh heh Even Steven) has kind of faded from my ranks in the hero column. I mean, I totally like SPR and SL but **** like The Terminal and Catch Me If You Can is pretty uninpiring. I know he still has "it" and eagerly await WAR of the Worlds (although INDY 4 will suck no doubt) he's not really an IDOL anymore.
tarantino is awesome but also has yet to make his defining piece. i think the top directors who SHOULD have the most power nowadays is definatly paul thomas anderson and vincent gallo.
