Thoughts on the Interfit Super Cool lite-9

I am new to lighting, but I am not new to digital filmmaking. I need to invest in some affordable lights. I am working on a couple of short films with some indoor scenes. I would also want to use the lights for interviews.

Does anyone have any experience with something like the Interfit Super Cool lite-9?

Or should I be looking for something else?
