I have been flying my P2 Hero 4 combo for 18 months and have been really happy with it but would like to particularly improve the stills quality aspect of my aerials.
I've read the info for a step up to a DSLR setup including a few recent threads here, but want to throw it out to flyers with these 3 models and ask what they think.
I have two GH3's, an Olympus 12mm to fit the X5 so the Inspire Pro suits me in terms of lens interchangability and gives me better quality stills.
However to fully utilise my GH3's the two other choices seem to be Yuneeq Tornado H920 and the S800 with Zenmuse.
And there's always the new P4, to stay at the same level.
I've been doing commercial and private work which involves video with simultaneous stills which the Hero4 does adequately.
Yes, I know pricing and flying become issues but I am happy to take everything into account. I realise video is not too much of an improvement, but I really want manual control while flying. We have two operators always on commercial shoots - one to fly and one to compose shots and ride safety shotgun.
