Thoughts on Lectrosonics M185/CR170

Is the Lectrosonics M185/CR170 a bit past its sell by date today or still worth it?

How would it compare to a new Sennheiser EW112 G2 lav setup?

My guess is the Lectro is VHF and the Sennheiser UHF, with a multitude of channels to choose from compared to the Lectro.

Anyone have any thoughts on it?

Thanks Exile. I have done a search and Trewaudio have some in used for $895. A good price?

Lectrosonics 195D System. Includes UCR195D, UM195, antennas, M-119 omni lav and vinyl case. Recently serviced by Lectrosonics.
 
good price is what you decide is good for you :-)
the mics are s.h.i.t , change for something better
dont forget to check this frequency in your aria if it free , changing the fq in the same block would cost you around 100$, much more if you need to move fur away

check second hand on dvx forum , there is very nice stuff for sale:-)
