After having trolled the archive(s) of posts, I have yet to find any info... I was curious if any one has used / purchased the Image 2000 (ie. Birns & Sawyer) Light Weight Support / "Rod Support" for the DVX-100A. I have decided on the Chrosziel 4x4 Matte Box, along with a Arri SR Single-Sided follow focus (used!), I am just trying to narrow down the support for all of this stuff... The few pictures that I have seen of the Image 2000 supports, show it contacting 3/4 of the bottom of the DVX, where as the Chrosziel makes contact with approx. 1/3 of the bottom of the DVX. I can see the possibility for flex with the Chrosziel, especially with serious focus whips.... Of course, Birns & Sawyer recommend the Image 2000, but I would like to hear from some one who has used the Image 2000 and / or the Chroziel unit....
