That reel is badass... amazing.

I have no concern for the reality of the locations however... only that they appear real while I'm engrossed in a fictional story. I don't think studios have any obligation to present any locations or effects as real unless the film is non-fiction. I wouldn't want to see a documentary using greenscreen tech, for example.
 
amazing work. just seeing how real some of that stuff looks blows my little mind, even in lieu of the possible implications of this kind of stuff "falling into the wrong hands" (docs and news)
