Think this combo makes a good tripod?

Im thinking of combining Manfrotto 190CXPRO3 legs (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ...190CXPRO3_3_Section_Carbon_Fiber.html#reviews) with a Manfrotto 503HDV head (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ...03HDV_Professional_Video_Fluid.html#reviews)?

Do people think this is a good setup? I'd use it with an HMC150. I'd probably also get a leveling center column too, like this (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/272855-REG/Manfrotto_556B_556B_Leveling_Center_Column.html)

Have not seen the legs in person- but looking at them on B&H they look kind of flimsy. I don't think I would put a camera the size of the 150 on those legs. They look more suited to still photography.

The legs below are made for video work ( leveling control built in to the column ), support more weight, and are a little cheaper:

Actually, I don't think the head and the legs I suggested are compatible, so take a look at these legs instead:
