Thin black bar on the top and the bottom

I cannot figure out what I’m doing wrong. I’m trying to get a video on Youtube without a thin black bar on the top and the bottom. I’m using Premier Pro CS4.

I’m shooting with the DVX 100A in squeeze mode.
When I setup My Sequence in premiere I’m Using DV-NTSC Widescreen.

My Export Settings are H.264
Size: 720x480
Frame Rate 29.97
Pixel Aspect Ratio: Square

Could some one point me in the right direction. Thanks

I think that's the problem... Widescreen DV-NTSC doesn't use square pixels. I'm at work so I can't call it up, but look for an aspect ratio of 1.2 (4:3 uses 0.9) or something like that.

Widescreen DV is 1.2121 as calculated from 704x480.

Don't bother with non-square pixels for YouTube, render into 854 x 480 with PAR 1.
