Thermal Imaging Look

anyone have any suggestions on how to create this look of thermal imaging that was used in this Jay-Z video at timecode 2:17. I like how they just kept the people with that effect while everything else is normal.

I did see a tutorial in the Photoshop forum but I think that was for stills.

1- Mask out the actor (Shake is best for this process, but it can be done in FCP with more time and work)
2- Apply a Solarize or Posterize filter

What about Motion do think I could use that if no SHAKE?

Sure, you can do it in FCP with a huge garbage matte. I've done it before that way. It's not as elegant, but you can do it.
