Hey I just thought I'd give you guys the head's up that it's officially TIME (at least in the midwest) to get tree/shrub bargains from your local Lowe's and/or Home Depot. 75% (or more) off on a ton of stuff.
Yeah, I know... this sounds "spammy"... but if you're a home owner (or live with one that you care about) then you understand why I wanted to share.
I planted a ton of extra trees at the end of my yard, as well as "boosting" the forest behind my yard... and then went over to my parents' house and replaced some assorted dead trees/shrubs while they are out of town. The pleasant surprise... when they get back home... will have cost me less then $50.
Get this... locally I bought oaks and maples in 7-gallon tubs (these are normally $40-$60 trees)... for $5 each.
Anyway... get out and plant a tree before your local landscaping company buys 'em up... and charges people $100/each for something you could do for five lousy bucks.
