The Zoom in Documentay effect...

What's the best tool to use working with FCP to get that zoom in on picture effect that is always used in documentaries like Ken Burns "The War". Is it done in FCP or motion, or is their any easier program in which to do this.

Cheapest way is to set keyframes in the motion tab. Or send to Motion and do as a grow/shrink. There are some plugins that automate the process- I think CHV has one. Worth a google if you want to spend the money.
