Let's hear it for the Canadians!

[Terry_Lasater]

"... spent the first half of his career flying around the cosmos banging space broads on Styrofoam rocks."

How funny!

[kai]

What's really funny is he's featured on a LOCAL commercial here for some law office. It's him. Wonder how much they had to pay him?

Terry- you see these spots in OKC too?

"Tell them the law offices of Jeff Martin, represent YOU!"

[Terry_Lasater]

No, I haven't seen the commercial, but, I'd love to. That seems odd. I wonder if he knows someone in Tulsa?

[thartley]

I love W.S. And I actually read his TekWars series. Anyone see the preview for Invasion Iowa? :cheesy:

[marctronixx]

shatner kicks a@@!!

[TC]

"Launched a...thousand...bad...impressions!"

[Isaac_Brody]

Ever heard Shatner's spoken word rendition of Hey Mr. Tambourine man? He also did Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds plus who knows what else.

Picture yourself....in a boat...on a river...with tangerine treees...and Marmalade skies!

[Terry_Lasater]

Yup... those are probably the two songs he's best known for performing.

It is hilarious to hear with his speaking cadence.

[Isaac_Brody]

Found a site with most of Shatner's greatest hits. It's got the songs in whole. Rock on Shatner!

It was his 74th birthday earlier this week, so the girlfriend and I celebrated by watching Star Trek II, III, and IV.

We're gigantic nerds.

[Terry_Lasater]

I think Mr. Tambourine Man kills Shatner at the end of that song... at least, it sounds like it!
