Starting tonight I will have a daily 30 minute radio show called "Good Afternoon Nong Khai!" Just reading some news and playing some songs. Thai people NEVER get to hear good foreign music, just the worst pop and boy bands we have to offer, so I'm hoping to open their ears a little.

You can listen ONLINE every weeknight at 10:30pm DVXuser time (11:30pm PST).

Any DVXuser requests will be given top priority. Make sure it's fairly main stream. We don't want our handful of listeners to change stations.

PK, before I forget--A good song to play would be "E-pro" by Beck. Cool, mainstreamy stuff with a great "na-na-na" hook. Have fun on the radio! Starts a bit late for me, but I'm sure I'll catch it now and then.
 
I guess I'll have to stay up late for the inaugural show! Hope the server can support hundreds of connections, lol.
 
out of curiosity, I clicked the link and being as I dont read squiggly, can you tell me if I am correct in assuming that the "listen live" link would be the second button thingy down on the left that shows a happy face with headphones when you mouse over it?
 
Can I make a request? Can you play "Baby Got Back!" by Sir Mix Alot. The Thai people will love. My grandma digs that song.. :)
 
Spider - I can just hear everyone's radio being turned off right now. But it's worth a shot. Maybe it can always be the opening song. Like PK's theme song.
 
Did anyone hear the DVXuser shout-out on the radio today? Wasn't sure if anyone was listening. It was kind of late, your time.
 
I tuned in from 10:30 Vancouver time till 10:40 repeatedly and heard nada. I even downloaded winamp thinking it was like a shoutcast deal but still nothing. Do I need some special squigly program or player to tune in?
 
Thanks for trying. If you click on the 24kbps or 32kbps, a seperate window opens with a player. I think it's real player. Not sure.
 
PK, I'll listen to it, I'm just not sure what time it is on over here. I'm getting confused about the time differences, and trying to work it out, so maybe you can help me out.

You posted the "Did anyone hear the DVXuser shout-out on the radio today? Wasn't sure if anyone was listening. It was kind of late, your time." message at 1.34am by my time zone. What time does your zone say you posted that message, and what time did you do the show? (in your time zone obviously).
 
Mike the show is on at 1:30pm here in Thailand. As I post this it's 10:40am. So the show starts in about 3 hours.
