I'm a Shatner fan as well, I have his full length release which I really like his version of "I can't get behind that" and well, Rocket Man, I mean it is legend.

As far as Cee Lo being a one hit wonder, one must REALLY educate themselves before making such statements. You do remember the song Crazy by Gnarls Barkley right? Was a pretty damn big hit. I mean, #2 on the US charts ad #4 for his Album. That's pretty damn good:

Not to derail the subject, but since Bieber was brought up, I was so happy to hear he was not being used to remake back to the future. Which, don't even get me started on the idiotic idea of remaking back to the future. The original is still so awesome.

I was born in 1987 and I've never even heard a Justin Bieber song. No one over 14 listens to him. Granted, you just said people born after that year listen to him, so you're still technically correct, as 1996 is after 1980, but I think "people born after 1995 listen to Justin Bieber" would be more accurate. I also think Shatner is cool, but I've also never seen en episode of Star Trek. Just his persona I find amusing/interesting.
 
Just a sideways reminder that Justin Bieber is what he is now because that what his audience/demographic elevated him to be. He's just going with the flow as anyone with a brain would. And he's being driven heavily by marketers so, I don't know, I can't find any fault with the guy. He didn't ask for any of this instant stardom, he's just rolling with it, imo.
I don't even think he's old enough to know what he's doing, he's just going with it. The marketers on the other hand, well, I guess they're doing what they do best.

And why the hate anyways towards Justin? Because people like him? Ya know. He's not an asshole or anything. He's just a kid. He hasn't done anything wrong.
