Merlin Dolly's New Rail slider system is here! It slick its sleek, and its REALLY Shiny. This is one of the nicest smoothest dolly systems we have used yet so we had to do a video for everyone to check out its functionality. We used the 9 foot Rail, but ANY 2x6 metal rail or wood or lumber will work with the 8 wheels, it fits very snug, rides along very smoothy and keeps the camera very stable. You can get some lumber at any home depot or Lowes for around $5. You can get the slider itself in RED or BLACK and they come with 48" and 90" rails. They also have a "Do it yourself" Rail kit on their website. When A client see's you with one of these things they know you are professional and mean business. We have been using this system with a T2i mounted right on top of the rail slider itself without a tripod head and your can pull off some really unique and smooth shots pretty effortlessly. Add in your favorite tripod head and your in for some fun!
