The Movies

LOL actually, the last save point, I had just made a sci fi film in the western set. The actual movies that are automatically made are pretty bad. You have to build a production house to edit the pre-written ones, or build like this advanced script writing house where you write your own scripts and set up the film that way. I haven't fully learned that part of the game.

As far as that second copy goes... I have to wait for christmas before I decide what to do with it. haha
 
yah, i've got a stacked studio now. probably have 25 sets, and 15 of them aren't even being used. the advanced movie making building where you create your own script is the best way to play the game, but it takes just as long to make a movie in there as it does in real life. you have to be real patient. i have plans to make atleast a 10 minute film, but that would result in probably 40 scenes. so what i do is crank out about 5 films for every 'year' in the game to make some decent income. then i make a big film every 5 years.

the big films are fun to make, because i love being creative, but at the same time the production costs are incredible. my studio keeps jumping back and forth between 1st-4th place in the studio standings because i have the best stars in the industry, but my income is about 1/2 to 1/3 that of other studios. i crank out better movies because of my stars, but they crank out more of them. the game itself is a giant lesson in life, especially for the business we are in. i love it to death and i'm very much addicted. it's one of the best presents i've ever gotten. i still tear up at the fact i got it.
 
i think it was made by the same guy that created fable...and that game kicked arse....especially the lost chapters for PC. The movies looks good..

yeah, and I'd rather actualy have sex with a woman than flip through the pages of hustler :cheesy:

same thing ... hopefully its a fun and entertaining serrogate ... something to do when you can't do the real thing :kiss:

(it's also a lot less hassle :thumbsup:)
