I'd say you have issues and should seek professional help...but obviously I'm not really one to talk.

I once spent a week playing all the instruments on three ABBA covers I recorded.....only to erase the whole project a week later.

I was afraid of who might catch me in possession of that...I coulda got my ass severely kicked.
