The medium of a Web Series

It's a running joke in the series.
"Will you use the damn laptop we gave you! Every time you bring one of these in I have to pay somebody to type it into the system!" That kind of thing.
 
That really doesn't sound like you're going to pull that conceit off successfully, but I reserve final judgment until I see it in action.

Heavy handed example for clarity. It's a bit more subtle than that.

Though I will say the goal is to walk right up to the edge of camp, to have the toes hanging off, but never jump.
 
My next journey to web series from my own $$$ is going to have a transmedia / ARG aspect to it. It's risky and might lose my shirt so bad I won't even be able to get on the internet and say that directing is totalitarian anymore but - but if it wins itll win big! It's a reall well fleshed out universe and when I'm done closing this current production I'll Kickstart that mother into overdrive with donations.

My goal is to great a whole economy around the web series so it will fund itself. Ambitious? Moi? Hell yeah! Let's go!
