The Madness of the Canadian Cell Phone Market

I had the dubious pleasure of winning a cell phone about a month and a half ago. Dubious because I'm a European in Canada where the cell phone companies treat their customers like ATMs. Turns out winning a cell phone in Canada is like winning a car without keys.
