The low light Miami Vice (2007) look. is this possible with HVX?

I loved the lighting in both Collateral and Miami Vice.

The overtly video look was a non factor for me. Very stylistic and awesome that Mann has pioneered !

The Irish film ONCE also uses a ton of existing light.
