Hey. I watched the texas chainsaw massacre again today, the re-make. The look is great in that film. What do you guys think they did with the CC? Added green, yellow, brown or any other tinting along with crushing the blacks etc...? I've been going crazy trying to decide on a 'look' for my film. It's like 'do I want the classic saturated looking film, or an unsaturated look etc.' By the way it is a horror film, any suggestions? :dankk2:
 
Oh well, they shot it on 35mm. You can do whatever you want to that. :)

But I'd say you can get pretty close to that look by removing some red with curves and maybe add some blue and green to the shadows. I love that look. Loved the look, really hated that movie.
 
I have no idea if FCP has it, but I'm only talking about very simple color curves, where you can seperately adjust RGB. Vegas has it.
