The Kyle Foundation

Re: The Kyle Foundation

You only wish I was kidding Jarred...hey its worth a try...its worked for some...IT IS WORTH A TRY!!!!

Re: The Kyle Foundation

Just give her the mic (you know, how some guys try to give their wives bowling balls and lawn mowers and stuff like that) and then say "hey, if you don't want it, I'll use it..."

Re: The Kyle Foundation

Instead of spending money on over-priced crystaline mineral rocks mounted on an over-priced metal hoop, why don't you make her a personal video using all of your new audio equipment and your DVX.

That way, if you find out the ring means more to her than something you've created with your own hands from your own imagination, you'll know to dump her sorry ass.

Re: The Kyle Foundation

your funny.. Ok so i thought to myself.. if i got 10$ and someone asks me for a dollar.. depending on the mood.. i might give it up//.. Ok so say i have 10 million?? how does this person think?? hmmmmm I dotn know i dont have 10 million. I would probably be somewhat stingy or conservative though..

Good i dea dude.. but we are all counting our change and saving for some sound equipment or lighting or different camera.. lol sorry

Re: The Kyle Foundation

I'd leave town!!

However, finance it!! Knock them down to $400 and then end up paying 50 bucks in interest. AND you'll knock her socks off. Sounds like a good deal to me!

Re: The Kyle Foundation

Barry LOL thats hilarious...a mic is not a bad idea...i could wrap it up nice and girly!!

Re: The Kyle Foundation

A ring? Are you nuts? Are you getting engaged? Forget that! Film an video in an artsy kind of way; pick out some flowers from the stand (not the pre-bundled ones but hand pick the ones you like and be sure to include her flower); Get a blank card with nice imagery and HANDWRITE your own greeting; go to the silver cart and pick out a nice bracelet.

A ring? Save the ring for the engagement.

Re: The Kyle Foundation

Wow, John... and from a MARRIED guy!! I guess you are remembering BACK a bit, huh?

A few years ago my wife got me a really nice SLR 35mm camera for my birthday... never once took a picture with it... SHE kept it! So, last year I got her a VERY nice sony surround sound DVD/DVDA player.

She loves me still.

Re: The Kyle Foundation

:D Good deal.

I am the total romantic but Ive wasted alot of good ones on unappreciative bitches.  Im still a softly but wiser.

My wife is my Queen.

Re: The Kyle Foundation

Dude -- bottom line -- no 17 year-old has any business buying his girlfriend a $500 gift for her birthday. Period.

Much less asking for donations for it. But even if he had the money . . .

I mean, really.

Re: The Kyle Foundation

::) Kids . . .

One day, not far off, you'll be eating Ramen noodles five nights a week and wondering how you could have ever been that stupid. Sounds harsh, but I promise you it's going to happen. And you'll probably use those words out loud.

But that falls under the category of "life's lessons" and it's something no one can *tell* you . . .

;)

Re: The Kyle Foundation

Haha I have been eatting Ramen for the past 10 years basically everyday!!!!

I totally understand what you are talking about Jubal...thanks for the advice!

Re: The Kyle Foundation

been eating ramen for 10 years.. lol
He must be skinny and frail
i remember when i was 17 i had to steal some carl budding lunch meat cause all i had was 25cents . I bought the bread from the day old bread store with the quarter.. My daddy told me once that it was ok to steal only if you need to eat.. So I went with it..

Here I am 36 and remember it well.. Did you know that a loaf of bread and a dozen eggs.. along with some condiments from taco bell makes a weeks worth of meals??  total cost.. well back then anyways under 1$

Theyre right Kyle you shouldnt buy a girl a 400$ ring at 17.. I know you dont want to hear that.. but..
I kinda did the same thing.. when I was your age.. Bouhgt my sweetheart a ring.. I saved for.  guess what.. shes no where in sight.. I know I know your situation is different.. lol
