i was reading some articles and I notice they took the apperance from a japanese film called ichi the killer who has his mouth spilt open to give a huge gross **** face grin plus have you seen ledger smile that sh!ts huge.

well, he lives in my neighborhood and I see him around sometimes, so next time I will stop him and say: "dude, what's up with the joker?" I'm sure that will go GREAT.
