The Game of Simon Issues...

I'm throwing together a short film and was wondering...

Would I be able to use a "Simon" Game in my movie?
I could cover up any logos but I imagine I may still run into issues because it's a pretty unique game...

If it has a unique enough "look" to be recognizable then it should be released. This might not be as hard as you imagine. A call to the marketing dept taking a "product placement" type approach - something like "shooting this movie - need release and 10 copies of the game for production in lieu of placement fees . . ."
