Like Brett said, it depends on what you'll be shooting.
But if scrap is no object, slap on a Chrosziel 411-53 4x4 mattebox with sidewings kit, rods system, DV follow focus, Century Optics focus ring, a nice assortment of Schneider glass filters, etc. That's not even considering the audio side (which you should pay very close attention to). Get yourself a nice set of sticks (Bogen 525 sticks with a 503 head), with a zoom controller, and you'll be good to go.
